The couple began with the purchase of an existing facility, Silver Treasures Senior Living Center of Mandarin (formerly known as Mandarin Manor) in Jacksonville, and expanded with the construction in 2006 of Heritage Crossings, also in Jacksonville. In 2012, the Arguillas built and opened The Legacy at St. Johns, an assisted living community in St. Johns, Florida. In 2016, they acquired land and designed an assisted living community named Silver Treasures Senior Living Center of St. Augustine, opening it as the headquarters for the franchise.
